James Law

Securitas North America Scholarship

Securitas partnered with Kaplan University to offer an exclusive scholarship opportunity honoring the veterans and current members of the military within the Securitas family. One recipient is selected to receive a full scholarship for an eligible online undergraduate program at Kaplan University.

James E. Law of Manchester, NH, a military veteran and account manager with Securitas USA, was announced as the first recipient of the Securitas North America Scholarship. Law is pursuing a bachelor of science in business administration at Kaplan University.

James Law, along with our 2015 Security Officers of the Year, travelled to the Securitas headquarters office where they were honored at a presentation and luncheon attended by Division Management Group and all of the Region Presidents.

Sons & Daughters Scholarship 

Securitas USA awards up to ten scholarships annually for undergraduate study to encourage family members of Security Officers in their academic pursuits, particularly in security-related areas. Awards are granted annually and recipients are selected based on academic achievement, leadership and participation in school and community activities, honors, work experience, statement of educational and career goals.

Melker Schörling Scholarship
The knowledge and experience of our people is the foundation of Securitas. The Melker Schörling Scholarship offers our people the opportunity to develop professional knowledge and experience in an international setting. The scholarship is offered annually to four frontline employees who consistently make a difference for our customers by acting as everyday heroes in their work.
