      Client Overview

      A prominent national property management firm oversees a portfolio of commercial properties in a bustling downtown city environment. While the bank's security requirements are specific to the space they occupy, a condition of the building sale to a private equity firm was to retain similar security requirements for the remainder of the ownership. With reduced staff on-site, our commercial real estate client sought an innovative security program that would ensure safety for customers using the ATM, while minimizing physical overnight guarding presence for a more efficient and cost-effective security solution.

      Working closely with Property Management, our Solutions Engineering team and local installers collaborated to create a comprehensive integrated guarding and technology solution. Beginning with a thorough Risk Assessment of the facility, specific security challenges such as vagrancy in the front courtyard and interior lobbies were identified. To address these issues, high-definition video cameras with infrared (IR) illumination and video analytic software were strategically installed both inside and outside the building. These systems enable our Remote Guarding Officers to swiftly identify and respond to suspicious activities or incidents. Additionally, Access Control card readers were implemented at entry points, providing 24/7 access to building employees while preventing unauthorized entry and reducing reliance on physical keys. This tailored solution ensures enhanced security and operational efficiency for the facility.
