Securitas North America Accelerate Program Recognized with Brandon Hall Gold Award for Leadership Development
Parsippany, NJ, August 28, 2025 — Securitas North America is proud to announce that its Accelerate leadership development program has received a Gold Award from Brandon Hall Group in the category of Best Leadership Development Program. This recognition highlights the company’s commitment to building exceptional leaders and scaling leadership excellence across the organization.
Developed in partnership with the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), Accelerate was launched in 2022 as a mandatory six-month immersive program for all Area Vice Presidents (AVPs), Regional Presidents, Vice Presidents of HR, and select division leaders. Over the course of two years, the program has become a cornerstone of Securitas North America’s leadership strategy, creating a shared language of leadership, driving collaboration, and uniting leaders across regions.
The program features a blended learning journey that includes in-person immersions, executive coaching, peer team sessions, and live online modules. Key outcomes include:
