The Securitas Hotline

A Safe Workplace Begins With You

Every day, Securitas employees demonstrate core company values of Vigilance, Integrity and Helpfulness, while protecting America's homes, workplaces, and communities.

We are proud of our employees and we want you to know that your voice is important in our company. We rely on you to help us by speaking up whenever any situation threatens our core values and our reputation. When you report concerns, you provide us with the information necessary to remedy the situation. That's why we established a confidential reporting system for our employees called The Securitas Hotline.  Securitas prohibits any retaliation against employees reporting concerns or complaints in good faith.

The Securitas Hotline is available by phone or online 24 hours a day, seven days a week and is not meant to replace the responsibility of management or local authorities in the event of an active emergency. We encourage you to report your concerns to your local HR Representative, supervisor or manager. We provide this additional confidential channel of communication to allow you another way to voice your concerns.

Concerns or complaints reported here may include, but are not limited to:

  • Harassment
  • Discrimination
  • Unfair treatment of any kind
  • Pay issues
  • Health and safety issues
  • Alcohol or drug use
  • Policy violations
  • Theft or damage to company property
  • Threats of violence
  • Ethics violations or any illegal activity
