Aligning with Public Health Organizations

We have crisis management teams focused on our response to this pandemic and we have detailed business continuity plans in place, with clearly defined escalation procedures.
 
We are closely monitoring updates from the World Health Organisation regarding COVID-19 and will continue to seek guidance from public health officials and government agencies.

Protecting Employees and Clients

As our employees interact with clients and the general public daily, it is very important they understand what needs to be done to avoid catching or spreading the virus. We are reinforcing good hygiene practices at all our Securitas premises and on-site, and making sure handwashing facilities, hand sanitizers and antiseptic wipes are readily available to all our officers.

We are working with suppliers to source protective supplies and have protocols in place to activate deep cleans and appropriate quarantine procedures, as recommended by government and health agencies.

We have specific quarantine and communication procedures in place if an employee is diagnosed with COVID-19 or self-isolates in line with the latest government advice.
 
In addition, we have placed restrictions on business travel and on intra-office working and have well established remote-working solutions in place.

Maintaining Critical Functions

Our core business-critical functions have been segregated and access further restricted to protect our operations and help prevent the spread of the virus. This includes our 24/7 Securitas Operations Center, for which we have comprehensive business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
