Keeping Main Street a Safe Street

Community Security | Victoria Gardens

Challenge: An open-air town center needed to maintain their safe but welcoming environment.

Victoria Gardens is home to major department stores, over 170 boutiques, and features 26 sit-down restaurants, a 12-screen movie theatre, a Cultural Arts Center and a public library. The town square, with 16 million visitors annually, hosts scheduled events including movies in the park, concerts on the green, and holiday activities.

  • A dedicated account manager to address issues swiftly
  • Around-the-clock foot, bicycle, and mobile patrols
  • CCTV cameras throughout the complex where officers monitor and record activity in parking lots and all public areas.

“The professionalism and responsiveness of the Securitas USA officers here have earned a high level of respect from the Sheriffs’ Department and our tenants,” says Christine Pham, Victoria Gardens’ General Manager. “We all work together to keep Victoria Gardens a uniquely enjoyable place to be.”
